How do we create unique art for you?

We have designed a program that will assign unique colors to each letter of your text. As we manually type your text into our program, the depth and opacity of each letter changes based on the time spent between letters. The longer we wait between moving to the next letter, the darker and more solid the color will be.

What do I get with my purchase?

With your purchase you will receive the print you ordered, the text you provided on a separate sheet and a letter to color guide. The letter to color guide can be used to decode the abstract work we have created for you.

Is my art really unique?

Yes! Even if someone provides us with the same quote or text you do, we will never be able to type it into our program with the same interval between letters. We also have coded in a randomizer element which will add variability to each art piece we create.

Do you ship outside of the continental United States?

Unfortunately we do not currently ship our products outside of the continental United States. If you reside outside of the United States but are interested in purchasing our product, please email us at abstractletter@gmail.com.

Do I get to preview my art before purchasing it?

We provide a number of references throughout the website that reflect the look, feel, and quality of our products. With that said, we do not provide previews of each custom piece of art we create. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us at abstractletter@gmail.com and we are more than happy to address your concerns and make things right.

Can I return my artwork and get a refund?

Because we want to make sure you are absolutely happy with your custom artwork, we do accept returns. We will not cover the return shipping so you would have to ship it back to us, but we will provide all instructions on how to do so.

Does my artwork come framed?

We do not currently frame our products but are exploring the option to do so in the future. We have designed our product sizes to meet standard frame sizes in order to make it easier for our customers to find framing solutions.
